I’m an award‑winning science teacher, education researcher, and published academic author with a doctorate in zoology, a third‑degree black belt in Zen‑Do‑Kai, and (most critical to this page!) a fantasy writer!

I wrote my first fantasy in fourth grade (it featured a promising blackout scene courtesy of goblins) and started several novel‑length projects as a teenager (one may have included scantily clad vampires ). Life had other plans, so my dream waited until two years ago.

Since then I’ve written over 500,000 words across four books set in a shared universe I call the Chained Continuities. I polish my craft every day: entering writing competitions, gathering alpha reader feedback, and working with professional editors so these books will be as polished as possible when they get to you!

My stories sit where fantasy and horror overlap. I’m drawn to resistance against oppression, alternative ecologies and biofantasy, and the hazy boundary between human and monster.
